How can I receive the payment for services performed with Wesual?

In order to receive the payment for the services performed with Wesual, you need to follow the following steps: 

1) Fill in all fields in the payment settings section, available in your personal area;

2) Make a withdrawal request (this option is available from the 10th to the 15th of each month), uploading, only if you have a VAT number, your invoice as well.

Invoices must be uploaded on the platform by freelancers; if you do not have a VAT number, you do not have to upload any documents. 

 

How does the withdrawal request work? 

In the PAYMENT section of your profile you will find the net amount you have earned, which corresponds to the maximum billable amount. 

In order to receive payment, it's mandatory that you make a withdrawal request. If you have a VAT number, you have to upload your invoice by following the instructions that will be displayed once you select the "WITHDRAWAL REQUEST" button. If you don't have a VAT number follow the steps without uploading any document.

The "WITHDRAW REQUEST" button can be found in the PAYMENT section at the top right and is only active from the 10th to the 15th of the month

 

When are payments made? 

Payments will be made at the end of the month.
