Come ricevere il pagamento per i servizi realizzati con Wesual?
Come prima cosa, per ricevere il pagamento corrispettivo ai servizi realizzati con Wesual è necessario cliccare sul proprio nome utente in alto a destra e andare nella sezione payment.
Aperta la pagina relativa ai pagamenti, assicurati di aver completato tutte le impostazioni di pagamento, semplicemente cliccando su impostazioni del pagamento ti si aprirà la relative pagina, inserisci tutti i tuoi dati se non l’hai ancora fatto!
Completato questo step puoi procedere con la richiesta, ti ricordiamo che questa opzione è disponibile solo dal 10 al 15 di ciascun mese, e potrai richiedere il pagamento tutti i servizi svolti fino al mese precedente a quello in cui stai completando la richiesta.
In questo breve loom puoi vedere tutti gli step da seguire per completare la richiesta di prelievo. Per ricevere il pagamento è strettamente necessario compilare la richiesta di prelievo nei giorni stabiliti e caricare la rispettiva fattura o ricevuta
Hai partita iva? Seguiti tutti gli step di cui sopra in fattura potrai aggiungere rivalsa inps / iva, ti ricordiamo che la richiesta di prelievo va fatta per il credito netto disponibile.
Non hai partita iva? Dovrai completare la richiesta di prelievo completa con il credito disponibile nel tuo saldo portafogli / quello che vuoi prelevare. Una volta che ti trovi a caricare la ricevuta dovrai però inserire in questa la somma lorda iniziale che hai chiesto di prelevare, la ritenuta del 20%, ed il totale che sarà dunque al netto della ritenuta.
Fatturazione elettronica? puoi emettere fattura e caricare sul nostro portale una copia di cortesia oppure caricare una fattura proforma (creando poi fattura quando riceverai il pagamento).
Tutti i pagamenti verranno effettuati alla fine del mese.

To receive the payment for the services completed with Wesual, the first step is to click on your username in the top right corner and go to the payment section.
Once you have opened the payment page, make sure you have completed all the payment settings by simply clicking on payment settings, which will take you to the relevant page. Enter all your details if you haven't already done so!
After completing this step, you can proceed with the request. Please note that this option is only available from the 10th to the 15th of each month, and you can request payment for all services completed up to the previous month in which you are completing the request.
In this short video, you can see all the steps to complete the withdrawal request. To receive payment, it is strictly necessary to fill out the withdrawal request on the designated days.
Do you have a VAT number? If you follow all the steps above, you can make the withdrawal request for the total amount available in your wallet/what you want to withdraw and then upload your invoice. Please remember that the total amount of the invoice must be the same as your withdrawal request, you don’t have to add VAT%.
Don't have a VAT number? You must complete the withdrawal request with the available credit in your wallet balance/what you want to withdraw. If you don’t have a VAT number you do not have to upload any documents.
All payments will be made at the end of the month.
